If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept refund/exchange requests within 30 days of receiving your order (as indicated by your tracking number) provided they meet our product requirements below:

Items must be in the original condition, unwashed and unworn. Due to the intimate nature of our items, any worn items are unable to be returned. All the original tags must be still attached.

We cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS


We hope that you never receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing fault. If this does occur please email us on serena@serenaunderwear.com.au with images of your damaged item and order number.
