If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept refund/exchange requests within 30 days of receiving your order for full priced items size (as indicated by your tracking number).
We will also accept size exchanges with 14 days of receiving your order for sale items (as indicated by your tracking number).
Items must be in the original condition, unwashed and unworn. Due to the intimate nature of our items, any worn items are unable to be returned. All the original tags must be still attached. Lingerie must be tried on over your existing clothing when received.
We cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
